- For all our mobile services the Client or a responsible party is required to be present upon completion to check to make sure the services of K.A.C. 's technician meets their standards before the dismissal of the technician. Kenyon Auto Cosmetics will need payment immediately for said service upon completion at customers specified location.
-If the client is not available to check completed work a card will be charged on file for services rendered however we will not be able to honor our traditional 48 hour guarantee if client is not present upon completion of services provided. - The client shall be responsible for ensuring legal parking space for our work truck and being ejected from a facility due to not asking for permission from said owner of property will leave the customer held responsible and liable. - Client is responsible for providing a shaded spot to our technicians on in mobile services in order to perform service during summer or days of extreme heat. - Client will provide a safe work area (we reserve the right to cancel the service if the intended place of work is a street and will generate a fee for cancellation) -if a client is not home, or is unable to inspect car upon completion of service and or is unhappy with any of our services the vehicle must be transported to our shop if management deems reasonable by client when accessible.
